LunaPrompts is a technical hiring and assessment platform helping companies evaluate engineering and AI talent at scale.

We're an early-stage startup working with growing technology teams and are looking for a Growth & GTM Intern to work directly with the founder.

What you'll work on

• Research companies and markets
• Identify relevant decision-makers
• Write cold emails and LinkedIn outreach
• Manage prospects and follow-ups in CRM
• Test different messaging and GTM experiments
• Occasionally speak with prospects
• Help with customer stories, referrals and other growth initiatives

Who we're looking for

You should have:

• Strong written and spoken English
• Good internet research skills
• Confidence communicating with new people
• Interest in startups, SaaS, AI, sales or growth
• Ability to work independently and learn quickly

Previous sales experience is not required.

Compensation

₹5,000 – ₹15,000/month, depending on experience and fit, plus performance-based bonuses.

Location: Remote

You'll work closely with the founder and get hands-on exposure to how an early-stage B2B SaaS company acquires customers, tests positioning and builds its GTM motion.

Strong performers may be considered for a longer-term role.
