Email Marketing Manager

We're Influee, a leading UGC platform enabling seamless collaboration between creators and brands/agencies. Active in 24 markets and trusted by 100,000+ creators, we're entering a new phase of growth and lifecycle marketing is how we make sure no lead or customer relationship goes cold along the way.

The purpose of this role
You'll own everyone who's shown interest but hasn't converted, and everyone who's converted and churned, building the segmented, personalised programmes that bring them back. This role sits at the centre of how we turn interest into revenue over time, not just at the first touch.

What you'll actually be doing

• Own everyone who raised a hand but never bought; lead-magnet requesters, non-converted sign-ups, stalled trials, and keep them warm until they convert.
• Run churned-customer revival as a standing programme: seasonal and segmented campaigns with personalised offer angles.
• Build and run segmented newsletter and offer sequences across active, trialing, churned, and never-converted audiences on a fixed cadence.
• Own the numbers end to end: percentage of leads revived and converted, churn revival rate, and per-segment engagement, and iterate on what actually moves them.

Who we're looking for

• Proven lifecycle, CRM, or email marketing experience in SaaS or a marketplace, owning revenue-linked metrics, not open rates.
• You've built segmented lifecycle programmes from scratch: ESP setup, segmentation logic, triggers, automation.
• Strong copywriter: offers, subject lines, and sequences that read like a person wrote them.
• Comfortable in data: you pull your own segments, read cohorts, attribute revived revenue.
• (Nice to have) You've won back churned customers at scale in a self-serve / PLG product.
