Sandbox Operator

Run the system that helps founder-led B2B companies grow.

Sandbox Operators are the humans in the chair for operator-led client accounts. You will run installed playbooks inside each client's Sandbox workspace, coordinate specialist agents and tools, review the work, and keep the client close to the decisions that matter.

What you will do

• Learn the Sandbox playbooks, shadow active accounts, run supervised, then own a small bench.
• Run daily motions across buyer research, LinkedIn outreach, pipeline follow-up, and related growth work.
• Review and improve agent work before it reaches a client or prospect.
• Work directly with founders on priorities, approvals, and decisions.
• Track meetings booked, pipeline created, cash collected, and what the evidence says to change.
• Improve playbooks from real account results.
• Optionally source qualified founder-led B2B accounts from your network or your own Sandbox workspace.

Who this fits

• An operator, founder, fractional leader, growth generalist, or client-services lead who likes owning outcomes.
• A clear written and verbal communicator who is comfortable working directly with founders.
• Someone fluent with modern AI tools who does not outsource judgment to them.
• Someone who can manage a focused daily cadence. A well-run account typically takes one or two hours of operator time per day.
• Experience with B2B growth, founder sales, account management, or repeatable operating systems is helpful.
• You must be based in the United States and able to work as an independent contractor.

Compensation
This is a commission-only contractor opportunity. There is no base salary and no equity.

• Earn 30% of everything Sandbox collects on accounts you operate, including monthly fees and commission events.
• Earn 40% on accounts you both source and operate.
• Optional partner lanes include 20% on accounts you source but do not operate and 15% of revenue generated by a playbook you publish.

Earnings examples are illustrative, not promises. Actual earnings depend on client collections, commission events, account performance, and the accounts you choose to run. The applicable fee structure is documented in writing before work begins.
