Requirements

Minimum

• High school diploma or GED

Preferred

• Coursework, certification, vocational training, or enrollment in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or related field.
• Previous helpdesk, technical support or IT-related work experience.
• Familiar with Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, computer hardware and basic networking concepts.
• Interest in pursuing a career in Information Technology

Summary

The IT intern will be responsible for assisting with delivery, setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of computers and other technology equipment. They will provide basic technical support to end users, assist with researching and resolving technical problems, document processes and assist with inventory under direct supervision of the IT team.
