Construction Senior Project Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

Luxury Hospitality, High-End Residential, Commercial Construction

Are you a Senior Project Manager who thrives on delivering exceptional projects while building lasting client relationships?

We are seeking an experienced construction professional to lead complex luxury hospitality, high-end residential, and commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout. WHAT YOU WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Manage projects from preconstruction through final completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and financial forecasts.
• Lead project teams including Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, and subcontractors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, consultants, and trade partners.
• Monitor project costs, schedules, quality, and risk.
• Review and negotiate change orders and subcontract agreements.
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide accurate reporting.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Mentor and develop project team members.
• Support company growth by maintaining excellent client relationships and identifying opportunities for repeat business.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

• 10+ years of construction project management experience with a general contractor.
• Proven experience managing luxury hospitality, luxury residential, condominium, or commercial construction projects.
• Strong financial management, budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration skills.
• Experience leading multiple projects and project teams.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, or similar construction software.
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
