Operations Lead

The connective tissue across every department — building the systems that make MASii run

THE ROLE
We're hiring someone who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks — across every department. Much of this doesn't exist yet, so this person is building the playbook as they go: prize and winner fulfillment, running the merch store, and being the connective tissue that keeps credentials, vendors, and day-to-day operations organized across the whole company. Not a department head — the person who makes sure every department's operational details are handled, tracked, and never dropped.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• Prize and winner management — fulfillment, verification, and communication end to end
• Day-to-day operation of the merch store, from inventory to order fulfillment
• Cross-department organization — credential and password management, vendor accounts, shared operational systems
• Building the processes and playbooks that don't exist yet, then keeping them running reliably
• Being the go-to person every department calls when something operational needs to get done

WHO YOU ARE

• Startup-hardened, dedicated, and genuinely energized by solving problems no one else wants to touch:
• Will get on a laptop over the weekend if something needs to ship — no drama, just gets it done
• Notices the process that's missing before anyone asks for it, and builds it without being told
• Organized by nature — can hold a dozen operational threads at once without dropping one
• Comfortable being the person who keeps things running without owning the department itself

IDEAL BACKGROUND

• 2–5 years in a startup environment — comfortable with ambiguity and building from zero
• Track record of owning operational or logistical processes end to end, not just supporting them
• Experience with fulfillment, e-commerce operations, or rewards/prize logistics is a strong plus
• Trusted with sensitive access — credentials, financial tools, vendor relationships **
