About the job
- Build a real AI product from 0→1: Help develop Ritumbhara’s AI-powered Hospitality Operating System for reservations, housekeeping, maintenance, inventory, staff operations, and guest communication.
- Full-stack development: Work across React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL/Supabase, and REST APIs.
- API integration: Integrate our PMS, Intellistay, including authentication, webhooks, data synchronization, reservations, guests, units, check-ins and check-outs.
- AI-assisted development: Use Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, OpenAI/Claude APIs and other AI tools to build, debug, test and ship features efficiently.
- Workflow automation: Convert real hospitality operations into software workflows such as housekeeping, maintenance, inventory and AI-powered guest communication.
- Testing & deployment: Own features end-to-end — understand the problem, build the solution, test edge cases, deploy and improve based on real user feedback.
- What we look for: Strong problem-solving, basic programming/API knowledge, Git/GitHub familiarity, ability to learn independently, and a strong ownership mindset.
- React/Next.js/Node.js/Supabase experience is a plus.
- Growth opportunity: Work directly with the founder and potentially grow into an AI Product Developer → Founding Engineer → Technical Lead as we scale the product into a SaaS platform.
