𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• 5–8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Strong experience recruiting for cleared, defense, or government-contracting roles
• Proven ability to source and place security-cleared professionals
• Strong understanding of U.S. security clearances, including Secret, TS, TS/SCI, and polygraph requirements
• Experience using specialized cleared sourcing channels and military transition networks
• Ability to understand and translate military backgrounds, MOS/rates, and service experience into relevant career opportunities
• Familiarity with clearance verification and compliance processes
• Strong candidate sourcing, screening, and stakeholder-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized and metrics-driven
• Must be U.S.-based; U.S. citizenship may be required for certain positions and data access
