About the Role

We are looking for a QA / Manual Testing Intern to test our web-based products and ensure features and user workflows work as expected.
This is a manual testing role. Programming and automation testing are not required.

Responsibilities

• Understand requirements and test complete user workflows.
• Create and execute positive, negative and edge-case test scenarios.
• Perform functional, sanity, regression and exploratory testing.
• Identify, reproduce and clearly report bugs with proper steps and evidence.
• Verify fixes and perform regression testing.
• Test across different browsers, screen sizes and devices.
• Work with developers to understand and reproduce issues.

Basic Knowledge

• Manual testing, test cases and bug reporting
• Functional, sanity, regression and exploratory testing
• Browser Developer Tools, Console and Network tab
• Cookies, Local Storage and Session Storage
• Basic HTTP methods and status codes
• Basic REST API concepts, JSON and request/response
