Squarera is looking for a committed Junior Data Engineer with strong SQL skills and experience working with ETL processes. The ideal candidate should be familiar with Jira-based workflows and be someone who takes ownership of assigned tasks from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, maintain, and optimize ETL/data pipelines
• Write efficient and complex SQL queries for data extraction and transformation
• Perform data validation, cleansing, and troubleshooting
• Support reporting and data integration requirements
• Track and manage tasks through Jira
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery
• Take end-to-end ownership of assigned tasks
Required Skills
• Strong proficiency in SQL
• Good understanding of ETL processes and data pipeline concepts
• Familiarity with ETL tools
• Basic understanding of Jira or similar ticketing tools
• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to deadlines
