QA Engineer

About the role

ImplementAI builds and runs AI agents for client businesses — voice agents,
automation agents and analyst agents operating in production every day.

We're hiring a QA Engineer to own quality across the platform and the agents
we deploy. New features, new agents, and updates to live agents all pass
through you before they ship.

What you'll do

• Test features before release — verifying they work correctly and are clear and usable for clients
• Run end-to-end scenarios against new agents before go-live and validate the outputs
• Re-test live agents on a regular cadence as we release continuously
• Investigate failures in the logs, diagnose the cause, and write up findings with supporting evidence for the owning engineer
• Grow into model evaluation — comparing candidate models on accuracy, latency and cost

What we're looking for

• 1+ years in a QA, test or engineering role
• Ability to read logs and error traces and reason about the cause
• Enough technical grounding to understand what changed in a system and why a proposed fix should work
• Working knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks and authentication
• Clear written communication for both technical and non-technical audiences

Nice to have

• Python for scripting checks
• Exposure to LLMs or agent frameworks
• Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks
• Observability tooling such as Grafana
