Key Responsibilities

• Build Salesforce platform backlog refinement to align with Care First objective of performance improvement, optimization, simplification.
• Participate in PI Planning to align development to CareFirst’s business goals, identify dependencies.
• Collaborate with technical leaders and Salesforce to guide key design decisions.
• Guiding the overall Salesforce strategy (Clouds, roadmap, Salesforce alignment, org strategy cross sector collaboration and reuse.)
• Lead community of Practice (COP) routine/cadences and forums with enterprise architects, value stream leads, solutions managers and technical developers.
• Practice in In-take process Salesforce platform vetting and solutioning.
• Assess new and existing security and process adherence.
• Strategy, standards, and guidelines set by Salesforce Platform System Architect.
• Evaluate internal functions, business development strategy and IT process and provide recommendations.
• Create end to end architecture models in alignment of organisation’s strategies and goals.
• Collaborate and participate in portfolio architecture process.
