About the role

BICloud Tech is seeking an Account Manager to develop customer relationships and grow Microsoft cloud consulting and managed-services business. You will identify needs, coordinate technical discovery, manage opportunities, and help customers select practical Azure, Microsoft 365, security, assessment, migration, and support services.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a qualified pipeline of new and existing customer opportunities.
  • Conduct discovery, understand business priorities, and coordinate technical specialists.
  • Develop proposals, statements of work, presentations, and account plans with delivery teams.
  • Manage follow-up, forecasting, CRM hygiene, renewals, and customer communications.
  • Grow long-term relationships through responsive, consultative account management.
  • Represent BICloud Tech professionally in meetings, events, and partner activities.
  • Track goals, risks, next steps, and commercial outcomes accurately.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in B2B technology sales, account management, or business development.
  • Demonstrated experience managing a pipeline and closing consulting, cloud, or managed-services opportunities.
  • Ability to explain business value and coordinate technical conversations without overpromising.
  • Strong writing, presentation, negotiation, organization, and follow-through skills.
  • Experience using a CRM and maintaining reliable forecasts.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with Azure, Microsoft 365, security, migrations, assessments, and managed services.
  • Experience selling to small and midsize organizations.
  • Microsoft partner-ecosystem experience.
