About the job
Sequoia Technologies is looking for an SDE Intern - Full Stack for a founder-led, remote software engineering internship.
This is unpaid internship for 2 months.
6 days a week
4-6 hours/ day
This role is for students (BE BTech in CS , IT , AI or related field currently in 2,3 or last year) or 2026 pass-outs who want to work on real-world software problems, not only tutorials. You will work directly with founder Shubham Atkal on bounded full-stack engineering tasks across
practical ERP and SaaS products used for Indian business operations.
What you will do:
- Work on small, clearly scoped full-stack development tasks under founder guidance.
- Build, test, and document practical software improvements.
- Work across frontend, backend, databases, APIs, and internal tools depending on the task.
- Reproduce bugs, investigate causes, and propose reviewed fixes.
- Read existing code and communicate what you understand, what is unclear, and where you are blocked.
- Use GitHub, Git, issues, and pull requests professionally.
- Explain your technical decisions and incorporate review feedback.
- Use AI-assisted development tools responsibly, without blindly accepting generated code.
Who should apply:
Apply only if one of these is true:
- You are a 2026 pass-out from B.E./B.Tech engineering.
- You are currently in final year, third year, or second year of B.E./B.Tech engineering.
Your branch should be Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a closely related software engineering field.
We will look closely at your GitHub profile. You should have built or seriously contributed to at least one software project that tries to solve a real-world problem. The project does not need to be famous or
polished, but you should be able to explain:
- what problem it solves;
- who it is useful for;
- what you personally built;
- the main technical choices you made;
- one difficult issue you faced and how you handled it;
- what you would improve next.
Prior internship experience is not required. GitHub/project evidence is required.
Applicant Questions:
- Share your GitHub profile link.
- Are you a 2026 pass-out, final-year, third-year, or second-year B.E./B.Tech engineering student?
- What is your branch or field?
- Share one GitHub project link that you personally built or substantially contributed to.
