You will join a small, independent and super talented team focussing on building and delivering a great product experience to our customers. We are pushing the boundaries of image and video synthesis, diffusion models, lip-syncing, etc., for creating a seamless fusion of voice, visuals, and expression. About You

We are seeking a talented AI Research Engineer to join our team at Listen2It. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing advanced machine learning models to drive the next generation of our platform. You will work alongside a team of passionate engineers dedicated to transforming the way data audio-video content is created. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement cutting-edge machine learning and AI algorithms to generate audio and video content from various data inputs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product requirements, scope, and timeline
• Optimize existing models and algorithms to enhance performance and efficiency
• Develop and maintain a robust ML/AI pipeline, including data preprocessing, feature extraction, model training, and evaluation
• Ensure high-quality code by following best practices and conducting thorough code reviews

Required Skill Set

• 1+ years industry experience as an AI Research Engineer, with experience in constructing data pipelines, as well as developing and implementing machine learning models
• Good knowledge of common ML frameworks, with experience working with at least one (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.), along with experience using optimization/inference frameworks such as ONNX, TensorRT, and vLLM
• Hands-on experience with TTS and cloning models, or video models specifically targeting talking-head/avatar generation, or agentic AI systems involving multi-agent orchestration and production-grade retrieval pipelines
• Very good at conducting exploratory research to identify latest developments, best practices, enhance existing models and datasets, and improve model performance
• Experience in a modern cloud environment (AWS, GCP, etc.) with knowledge of Docker and containerization, backed by active projects showcasing products shipped to production
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Ability to thrive in a start-up type environment and communicate effectively
