Veeva Solution Architect = Remote

Veeva Vault CRM / Veeva Commercial Cloud / Life Sciences

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Veeva Solution Architect to lead solution architecture and technical delivery for Veeva Vault CRM and Veeva Commercial Cloud implementations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on Veeva expertise, deep knowledge of life sciences commercial and medical processes, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable enterprise solutions.

The Solution Architect will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, project leadership, developers, QA teams, and Veeva product teams to drive successful end-to-end implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture for Veeva Vault CRM and Veeva Commercial Cloud implementations.
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to translate business objectives into scalable solution designs.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, solution workshops, architecture reviews, and technical discussions.
• Design end-to-end solutions covering CRM, integrations, data, reporting, security, and AI capabilities.
• Create solution architecture documents, process flows, integration diagrams, and technical design documentation.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the complete project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, developers, QA teams, and Veeva Product teams.
• Review functional and technical designs to ensure alignment with Veeva best practices and enterprise standards.
• Support data migration, master data management, and integration strategies.
• Identify technical risks early and recommend practical, scalable solutions.
• Present architecture recommendations to client leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Support proposal development, solution estimation, and pre-sales activities when required.
• Mentor consultants and contribute to strengthening the overall delivery organization.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience delivering enterprise software solutions.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing Veeva CRM or Vault CRM solutions.
• Proven experience leading multiple end-to-end Veeva implementation programs.
• Strong understanding of Life Sciences commercial and medical business processes.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture, integrations, data, security, and reporting.
• Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and business teams.
