We are looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer to design and build intelligent AI Agents that power real-world automation and decision-making. You will work at the intersection of modern LLM tooling and cloud-native infrastructure, leveraging Google Cloud Platform — including Gemini — to deliver robust, production-grade agent systems.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and deploy AI Agents for complex automation workflows
• Integrate LLM-based solutions using Gemini and other GCP AI services
• Build and maintain backend services in Java and Python that support agent pipelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define agent capabilities and success metrics
• Design scalable, reliable, and observable AI systems on GCP
• Evaluate new models, frameworks, and tools to keep the stack at the cutting edge

Required Qualifications

• Experience in AI/ML engineering or software engineering with a strong ML focus
• Hands-on experience building AI Agents (LLM-powered, multi-step, tool-using)
• Proficiency in Python for ML/AI development and Java for backend services
• Solid experience with Google Cloud Platform — especially Vertex AI and Gemini
• Familiarity with agent frameworks (e.g. LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or similar)
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and model evaluation
• Experience with cloud-native practices: CI/CD, containerization, and infrastructure-as-code on GCP
