About the job

About Mercor

Mercor's mission is to organize human intelligence to power the AI economy. We're a leading AI data company, building the layer between human expertise and frontier models. Millions of domain experts on the platform are paid over $4 million per day to train frontier AI models. Mercor's APEX benchmark family measures AI's real-world impact on professional work. Mercor Enterprise brings this same infrastructure to Fortune 500 companies: helping companies capture how their best people actually work, translating that expertise directly back into agents.

Mercor is creating a new category of work where expertise powers AI advancement. Achieving this requires an ambitious, fast-paced and deeply committed team. You’ll work alongside researchers, operators, and AI companies at the forefront of shaping the systems that are redefining society. Mercor is a profitable Series C company valued at $10 billion. We work in-person five days a week in our San Francisco, NYC, or London offices.

About the role

Mercor's Enterprise business helps Fortune 100 companies and private equity firms deploy, evaluate, and scale AI agents in production. Enterprise Marketing owns how we reach those buyers: executive events, thought leadership, paid media, and the demand infrastructure behind them.

This is the second hire on the Enterprise Marketing team. You'll own the execution engine behind a program that currently includes a flagship executive summit, a recurring dinner franchise, conference activations across the US, and a paid media and content operation.

The role starts heavily weighted toward program execution and demand operations, because that's where the immediate need is. It's built to grow into ownership of an account-based demand motion against our highest-priority enterprise targets. We're looking for someone who wants that trajectory, not someone who wants to run events indefinitely.

This role is built for someone with a structured, analytical mindset who thrives on high agency, moving quickly, and taking ownership of ambiguous problem statements. You will be trusted with meaningful surface area early.

What you'll do

Executive events and programs

  • Own end-to-end execution of Mercor's enterprise event program, including our flagship executive summit, recurring executive dinners, and conference activations
  • Build and manage target invite lists, working from priority account and pipeline data to make sure the right people are in the room
  • Manage venue, vendor, and agency coordination, registration platforms, and on-site logistics
  • Track attendance and follow-through against target accounts, and report on what each event actually produced

Demand operations and measurement

  • Own the integrity of marketing attribution data: channel source, campaign tagging, and lead routing across our CRM and deal tracker
  • Build and maintain the weekly enterprise marketing reporting view, covering marketing-sourced pipeline, event outcomes, web conversion, and content engagement
  • Manage inbound lead flow, routing, and enrichment so the GTM team gets context with every lead
  • Identify where the data is wrong or missing and fix it, rather than reporting around it

Campaigns and content operations

  • Coordinate with our creative agency on campaign production, landing pages, and website updates
  • Manage the enterprise content calendar and publishing workflow
  • Maintain the enterprise collateral library so the GTM team always has current, accurate materials

Growth path

Within six to twelve months, depending on ramp and business need, this role is intended to take on ownership of account-based demand programs against our priority enterprise account list: target account research, path mapping, and campaign design against named accounts.

What we're looking for

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in marketing, growth, demand generation, events, or a related go-to-market function. Consulting, sales operations, or revenue operations backgrounds with relevant exposure are also a strong fit.
  • Genuinely strong project management instincts. You can run several workstreams with hard external deadlines without dropping detail.
  • Comfort with data. You can work in spreadsheets and CRM tooling, spot when numbers are wrong, and build a report someone will actually make decisions from.
  • Clear written communication. You'll be writing invitations to senior executives, updates for company leadership, and briefs for external agencies.
  • High agency in ambiguity. There is no established playbook here, and the right person treats that as the appealing part.
  • Interest in enterprise AI and a willingness to learn the technical substance well enough to be credible with the material.

Nice to have

  • Experience running executive-level or field marketing events
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing tooling (Attio, HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or similar)
  • Experience marketing a technical product to enterprise buyers
  • Exposure to private equity, financial services, or enterprise software as a customer set

What this role is not

We want to be direct, because the wrong fit here would be frustrating for both sides.

This is not a delivery or engagement management role. You will not be embedded in client engagements or working with engineering on agent capabilities. Mercor has a separate Enterprise AI Associate role for that, and it's a different job.

This is also not a pure brand or content role. A significant share of the work in the first six months is operational: lists, logistics, data hygiene, vendor coordination. The strategic surface area grows, but it is earned and it comes second.

Compensation and benefits

  • Competitive salary w/ aggressive bi-annual performance bonus structure + meaningful equity (aligned with a venture-backed, rapidly scaling AI company)
  • $1.5K monthly stipend for meals
  • Free Equinox membership
  • $200 monthly laundry/housekeeping reimbursement
  • $200 monthly personal wellness reimbursement
  • Health, Dental, Vision insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Up to $15k Relocation bonus
  • $10K proximity bonus (if you live within 0.5 miles of our office)
