Shoootin provides on-demand professional photography and video for some of the largest real estate companies in the world. We work with a network of independent photographers, videographers, and drone pilots across all 50 states. The team is international — New York, Paris, and Lisbon — and comes from photography, sales, marketing, and engineering backgrounds.

The role

We're hiring a Senior Operations Manager to run US operations. This is a hands-on role with three main areas.

1. Photographer and videographer network

• Recruit photographers, videographers, and drone pilots in the markets where we need coverage
• Onboard new contractors: gear checks, portfolio review, test shoots, paperwork
• Be the main point of contact for the network day to day
• Track coverage gaps by metro and fix them before they become booking problems
• Keep quality consistent across the network

1. Day-to-day operations

• Own shoot scheduling and make sure every booking has the right person assigned
• Handle issues as they come up: reschedules, no-shows, upload problems, reshoots
• Keep our tools clean and current
• Report on volume, coverage, and turnaround so we know where we stand

1. Larger client projects

• Manage multi-location and national rollouts from kickoff to delivery
• Brief photographers on client requirements before shoots
• Be the operational contact for our biggest accounts
• Build the process and documentation so these projects run the same way every time

What we're looking for

• 4+ years in operations, ideally somewhere fast-moving with a distributed workforce or marketplace
• Comfortable owning something end to end without much hand-holding
• Clear, direct communicator — you'll be talking to contractors and enterprise clients in the same day
• Strong with tools and systems; you'd rather build the process than repeat the task
• Photography or real estate experience is a plus, not a requirement
