Sr. Project Manager

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Project Manager (Construction) to support a company focused on commercial construction and design-build projects across K-12, healthcare, government, military, and institutional environments. This position is on-site in Greensboro, NC. The Project Manager will oversee construction projects from concept through completion, managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, procurement, and client relationships while ensuring successful project delivery. Responsibilities for the Project Manager include:

• Manage 3-7 commercial construction projects simultaneously from planning through closeout.
• Coordinate project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, vendors, and client communications.
• Lead project kickoff meetings, construction reviews, and ongoing stakeholder coordination.
• Manage change orders, pay applications, shop drawings, submittals, and agency approvals.
• Travel to project sites throughout the East Coast region (30-40%) to support project execution and partner collaboration.

Required Qualifications for the Project Manager include:

• 3+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and construction project management tools.
• Background supporting commercial construction projects within K-12, SLED, healthcare, federal, DoD, military, or institutional environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• No clearance required.

Compensation for the Project Manager includes:

Salary Range: Depending on experience
