Agent Lab is the new entity. It's where Time Rich turns content creation into a system: AI agents that research, write, plan, and publish, built alongside one of the fastest-growing creator operations in AI media. The channels behind it pulled millions of views last month. You'd be learning inside the engine, not reading about it on LinkedIn.
What you'll actually do
Three skills. Each one pays for the rest of your career.
Launching a new offer will need agents to manage the process of onboarding
The podcast, substack to AEO process. You'll own the pipeline from recorded episode to published everywhere: podcast to newsletter to blog to clips. Right now that pipeline runs on founder hours. Your job is to learn it, run it, and make it repeatable. Working with an audio and video editors to make it happen....
Systematic agents. You'll learn to operate the AI agent stack that powers the content: research agents, content planners, hook writers, media tools. You won't build them from scratch. You'll learn to run them, troubleshoot them, and eventually design your own.
Who this is for
People who are hungry and want to learn content. That's the filter.
You don't need experience. You need to show up, do the reps, and care about getting good. If you've ever watched a creator scale and thought "I want to know how that machine works from the inside," this is the room.
The commitment
This is a training role. Up to 20 hours per week for 12 weeks. You'll be trained directly, not left to figure it out alone. This is a non paid role that can turn into a paid role.
Where it leads
Do the work well and there are two paths: a paid role inside the operation, or a support position inside the program, helping the next cohort learn what you just learned. We're building a team, not collecting free labour. The internship is how we find the people worth betting on.
