It was founded by Ella Molony Cook: 4x founder, bootstrapped exit, Anthropic investor. Every mistake she's helping founders skip, she made first, with her own money.

Agent Lab is the new entity. It's where Time Rich turns content creation into a system: AI agents that research, write, plan, and publish, built alongside one of the fastest-growing creator operations in AI media. The channels behind it pulled millions of views last month. You'd be learning inside the engine, not reading about it on LinkedIn.

This role is the front door to all of it.

What you'll actually do as a BDR "Business Development Rep"
You find the right people and get them on a call. That's the job.

Build the list. Sponsors for our New York, Austin, LA and San Francisco events. Founders and operators who should be in the Accelerator. You'll use AI agents to research and enrich — we'll teach you the stack.
Write the outreach. Email, LinkedIn, DMs. Real messages, not templates you paste 200 times. You'll be building agents to help you personalise at volume.
Set the meeting. Qualify, handle the first objections, get it on the calendar, get it confirmed.
Own the follow-up. No-shows get rebooked. Slow leads get nurtured. Nothing goes cold because you forgot.
Report your numbers. Weekly, in Slack. Outreach sent, replies, meetings set, meetings held, closes.

You are not closing deals. Ella and the partnerships team run the calls. Your job ends when a qualified prospect shows up.
