Job Summary
Emotion Films is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Team Lead – Renewal to manage and guide a team responsible for
customer renewal operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a
customer-centric approach to ensure smooth renewal processes and team productivity.
Key Responsibilities
● Lead and manage the Renewal team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
● Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching, mentoring, and feedback.
● Ensure timely follow-up with existing customers for renewals and service continuity.
● Handle customer queries and escalations professionally.
● Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
● Prepare and analyze team performance reports.
● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless renewal operations.
● Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and quality standards.
Eligibility Criteria
● Experience: 6 Months to 2 Years in Team Handling, Customer Service, Sales, or Renewal Process.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Strong leadership and team management abilities.
● Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
● Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
● Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Mandatory Requirements
Laptop availability is mandatory.
Minimum 60% marks in 10th, 12th, and Graduation (each qualification).
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
