[W2] Workday Integration Development Engineer

Responsibilities

We are looking for a talented Workday Integrations developer to join the People Technology team involved in managing large-scale company initiative.

The successful candidate will be a focused and flexible individual who can work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and act as the point of contact for assigned projects and tickets.

In our dynamic environment, we all roll up our sleeves to pitch in, so each day might be a little different.

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Workday experience within a Global HR Transformation Programme or HRIS BAU capacity
• Experience within a HR Operations/Shared Service environment
• Configuration skills within core HCM functionality of Workday Business Process Configuration, Security configuration,
• Advanced Reporting Writer skills
• Beneficial to have cross module knowledge within other areas of Workday – Compensation, Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent Management
• Excellent documentation and communication skills and used to working with multiple stakeholders across a complex matrix structure
• Strong problem-solving skills to solve any issues within the system
