A staff-level developer who leads major technical initiatives, drives technical direction and platform evolution within development domains, influencing the design and improvement of security applications and capabilities.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Leads high-impact development initiatives across multiple systems or domains
• Designs future-state application capabilities and contributes to platform evolution within assigned domains
• Defines development standards, frameworks, and best practices for secure application development
• Collaborates with stakeholders and architects to shape application and platform direction
• Mentors developers and drives engineering excellence
• Influences cross-functional engineering and product decisions
• Ensures scalability, reliability, and long-term sustainability of systems

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Advanced expertise in system architecture, coding, and design
• Strong understanding of development ecosystems and security implications
• Ability to lead large-scale technical initiatives
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and influence across teams
• Deep knowledge of secure application development and integration including SailPoint Identity IQ and Identity Security Cloud

Required:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred:

Advanced certifications or leadership development in engineering disciplines

Required:

8–10 years of relevant development experience

Preferred:

• Experience leading large-scale or cross-functional initiatives
• Experience influencing platform or architectural direction

Main duties:

-Onboarding applications into SailPoint

-Troubleshoot large provisioning errors
