We are hiring for below position. This is W2 position.

Position: Senior Business Analyst
Location: Los Angeles, CA
5 days on-site or atleast 3 days local candidate is must or who will relocate.
Duration: Longterm

Seeking a strong 8+ Years, client-facing BA with executive presence for a highly visible finance and AI transformation initiative. This program is sponsored by senior finance and technology leadership and requires someone who can effectively bridge business/finance, technology, and delivery teams.
Must Have:
• LA-based; able to work onsite in Santa Monica and Woodland Hills
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Consultative mindset; able to challenge assumptions and recommend solutions
• Finance process experience (budgeting, forecasting, approvals, workflow automation)
• Strong AI knowledge (Copilot, GPT, Claude, Gemini, AI Agents, AI-enabled business solutions)
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
• Experience supporting AI, workflow, or application modernization initiatives
• Experience identifying automation opportunities and improving business processes
• Requirements gathering, workshops, process mapping, documentation, and user stories
• Ability to work with architects and developers on AI-enabled applications, integrations, APIs, and workflow solutions
• Experience working with PMs, business stakeholders, technical teams, and offshore delivery teams
• Highly collaborative, proactive, and client-facing
Preferred:
• Finance transformation experience.
