From managing academies to tracking player performance and hosting tournaments, the SFL App is the go-to platform for academies, coaches, players, and parents. About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer who is passionate about creating clean, intuitive, and user-friendly experiences. If you enjoy diving into the details of interface design, solving real user problems, and shaping how technology can improve lives, this role is for you.Your primary focus will be designing end-to-end flows and screens for the SFL App, with occasional contributions to our website. You’ll also guide junior designers and collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to bring ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following –

• Translate product ideas and user needs into practical, user-centered design solutions.
• Design intuitive and visually engaging interfaces for mobile and web platforms.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI screens.
• Collaborate with PMs & developers to ensure smooth design-to-development handoff.
• Keep usability, simplicity, and clarity at the heart of all design decisions.
• Provide mentorship & guidance to junior designers, ensuring design consistency across projects.
• Take feedback constructively and iterate quickly to refine designs.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design for digital products
• 2+ years of experience specifically designing for mobile apps
• Ability to manage and guide a small design team
• Proficiency in Figma (or similar design tools)
• Strong grasp of visual hierarchy, layout, colour, and typography
• A portfolio showcasing real work on shipped products
• Sharp attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and a genuine passion for design
• Experience designing responsive websites (preferred)
• Interest or background in sports, education, or consumer tech products is preferred
