About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate GenAI Intern excited to work at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence, Search, Recommendation Systems, and Large Language Models (LLMs).

You will work alongside experienced engineers to build production-oriented AI solutions that solve real-world problems in the BeautyTech domain.

This internship provides hands-on exposure to:

Generative AI and LLM applications
RAG and contextual search
Recommendation systems
Semantic and hybrid search
Backend engineering
Scalable APIs
Cloud-native infrastructure
Production AI systems
Key Responsibilities
Develop AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs)
Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
Design and implement recommendation systems
Develop semantic and hybrid search systems
Build scalable REST APIs using FastAPI
Develop backend services using Python and asynchronous programming
Design and interact with MongoDB / NoSQL databases
Implement Redis-based caching strategies
Work with vector databases and vector search technologies
Participate in HLD & LLD / system design discussions
Build, evaluate, and continuously improve AI applications using quantitative metrics
Collaborate with engineers to develop production-quality software
