Business Development Manager (Equity/Commission Based) (Clone)

NUMVOX is an IT services company helping international businesses save up to 50% on employment costs by connecting them with top-tier development, IT, and SEO talent based in Pakistan.

We're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition and help us scale our client base. You'll own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and outreach to closing — while we handle delivery, recruiting, and operations on our end.

This is an early-stage opportunity ideal for someone who wants ownership, autonomy, and upside in a growing company.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and prospect potential clients in target markets (US, UK, and beyond)
• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads
• Pitch NUMVOX's services and negotiate contracts
• Develop and nurture long-term client relationships
• Collaborate with founder/leadership on go-to-market strategy
• Represent NUMVOX at industry events, calls, and networking opportunities
