What drives me every day is knowing that when we get this right, everyone wins: our clients scale faster and more affordably, and our talent gets access to meaningful, well-paying opportunities with international companies. I handle recruiting, vetting, and delivery personally, because I believe the quality of the people we place is the foundation of everything we do.
