About the job
This is a start-up company in the foundational launch stage. Looking for co-founders in this current stage.
Role Overview
At A Helping Hand, our mission rests on three core commitments: We care about people. We care about comfort. We care about dignity. As Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you serve as the executive lead for corporate fiscal strategy, capital architecture, treasury management, and risk governance. Reporting directly to the CEO, your immediate mandate centers on driving our company launch, securing capital allocations, optimizing project forecasting, and building out specialized departmental leadership.
Operating from regional headquarters, you will govern corporate accounting structures, financial planning, and audit-ready reporting. Your role is heavily oriented toward the strategic execution of our B2B enterprise subscription models and escrow mechanisms. Through rigorous financial leadership, you will ensure our capital structures remain stable, transparent, and built for scaling.
Detailed Responsibilities
Capital Architecture & Financial Controls: Structure and deploy foundational corporate accounting systems, tax compliance frameworks, and internal controls for company launch. Manage capital allocation and build predictive cash-flow models for initial infrastructure deployment. Deliver comprehensive financial blueprints and risk-mitigation reporting to executive leadership and the board.
B2B Revenue & Escrow Treasury: Oversee automated billing cycles, accounts receivable workflows, and cash collection for recurring enterprise retainers. Establish and monitor secure escrow allocations and pass-through accounting mechanisms. Partner with executive peers to model contract variables and maximize gross margins.
Departmental Leadership & Enterprise Systems: Direct the recruitment and onboarding of finance staff, including controllers and financial analysts. Evaluate and deploy cloud-based financial management software and enterprise software tools. Audit payroll frameworks and oversee department budget allocations.
Cross-Functional Executive Leadership: Collaborate daily across the executive suite to align operational expenditures with real-time performance metrics and asset tracking. Partner with HR and operations to align financial modeling with staffing schedules, facility security management, and time-tracking systems.
