- Reports to Product Design Manager
- Product development using CREO covering the full portfolio of ACD’s products and services to achieve revenue targets
- Designing parts and assemblies
- Creating drawings to document part and assembly design
- Validating part and assembly design
- Top-Down design methodology
Use Interference Check to validate the fit of parts and assemblies
Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of three (3) years relevant experience
Minimum of one (1) year of job-related experience
Familiarity with electronic manufacturing methods, quality, and workmanship standards
CREO design skills
SolidWorks training or equivalent
ACE Associate/Six Sigma certification
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, & Access)
Experience in CATIA and ENOVIA drawings
*Desired Qualities:*
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Familiarity with aerospace manufacturing processes, methods integration, and final line assembly
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Possess strong analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings
- Previous experience as a Methods Agent in the aerospace industry
- Instrumentation and production build plans
- Ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams
- Flexibility regarding work-related travel
- Working knowledge of ISO/AS standards, military specifications, and FAA commercial regulations
- Team player and motivational skills
