About the job

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements.
Work on ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Portal, and HRSD modules as required.
Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, and ACLs.
Create and customize workflows, Flow Designer flows, and integrations.
Develop REST/SOAP integrations between ServiceNow and external applications.
Configure and maintain ServiceNow forms, tables, fields, notifications, reports, and dashboards.
Perform data imports, transformations, and data migration using Import Sets and Transform Maps.
Troubleshoot application issues and provide technical support.
Participate in requirement gathering, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
Follow ServiceNow best practices and maintain proper documentation.
Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, QA teams, and other technical teams.

Required Skills

4+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, ACLs, and Glide APIs.
Experience with Flow Designer and Workflow.
Strong understanding of ITSM processes.
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and ServiceNow integrations.
Knowledge of CMDB and ServiceNow data models.
Experience with ServiceNow administration and configuration.
Good understanding of ServiceNow upgrade and deployment processes.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
