About XWorld

XWorld is an early-stage AI company building NORA, an AI platform designed to bring intelligent agents, AI tools and workflows into one unified experience. We have an existing MVP and codebase and are entering the next stage of product development, with an initial focus on the MENA market.

The Opportunity

I’m looking for a Technical Co-Founder & CTO to build the next stage of XWorld with me. This is not a traditional employee position. I’m looking for a hands-on technical founder who wants real ownership of the technology, product and long-term direction of the company.

You will take technical ownership of NORA, evaluate the existing codebase and architecture, establish a clear technical roadmap, build and ship product, and eventually lead the engineering organization.

What I’m Looking For

• Strong hands-on software engineering experience
• Experience with AI/LLMs, agents or AI applications
• Strong backend and system architecture skills
• Cloud infrastructure experience, ideally AWS or similar
• Ability to take an existing product from MVP toward reliable production
• Comfortable writing code personally, especially at this stage
• Founder mentality: ownership, transparency, resilience and long-term commitment

Experience with Python/FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Docker, APIs, CI/CD and modern AI infrastructure is particularly relevant.

Compensation & Commitment

This is an equity-first co-founder opportunity. XWorld cannot currently offer a market-rate salary. For the right person willing to make a serious long-term commitment, I’m open to meaningful founder-level equity with standard vesting. Cash compensation can be introduced after agreed funding or revenue milestones.

I’m not looking for someone to simply work for XWorld. I’m looking for the technical partner who wants to build XWorld with me.
