Software Engineer — Backend, Platform & DevOps

About the Role

We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer to build and manage the infrastructure behind our engineering and digital workflows.

You’ll work across backend systems, cloud infrastructure, and deployment pipelines to ensure our platform is reliable, scalable, and production-ready.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and manage backend services and APIs
• Build and maintain cloud infrastructure
• Set up CI/CD pipelines
• Manage servers, containers, and networking
• Configure Nginx, DNS, SSL, and system security
• Monitor system performance, logs, and uptime
• Troubleshoot production issues
• Automate infrastructure and workflows

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in DevOps / backend / infrastructure
• Strong Linux and server management skills
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD, Git
• Experience with Nginx, networking, DNS, SSL
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, DigitalOcean, etc.)
• Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, Redis)
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Spanish required
• Advanced English required

Nice to Have

• Backend experience (Python, Node.js, APIs)
• Monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
• AI / LLM / data pipeline experience
