Project Manager – SaaS / Software

We are looking for a Project Manager to manage software and SaaS projects and work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and client teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery.

What you'll do

• Manage projects from planning through delivery and rollout.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Design, and other stakeholders.
• Define timelines, milestones, ownership, and track project progress.
• Manage risks, dependencies, blockers, and escalations.
• Coordinate with clients on requirements, implementation, and rollout.
• Support integrations and ensure projects are ready for release.
• Track project updates, metrics, and delivery status.
• Identify issues early and drive teams toward resolution.

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of experience in Project Management within a SaaS/software environment.
• Experience working with Product and Engineering teams.
• Experience managing software development or implementation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Comfortable working with Agile/Scrum teams and project tracking tools such as Jira, Notion, or similar.
• Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, data flows, and software systems.
• Strong ownership, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.

Good to have

• Experience with enterprise SaaS products.
• Client onboarding or implementation experience.
• Exposure to AI-enabled products or platforms.
• Experience working with analytics or data-driven products.
