Position Overview
Aeologic Technologies is seeking a talented Web Developer to join our growing U.S. remote team.

The Web Developer will design, develop, test, and maintain modern, scalable, secure, and high-performance websites and web applications for enterprise and business clients.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with modern frontend development and is comfortable collaborating remotely with designers, backend engineers, product managers, QA teams, and clients across different time zones.

You will have the opportunity to work on projects involving custom web applications, enterprise platforms, APIs, automation solutions, AI-enabled applications, dashboards, integrations, and cloud-based systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive, high-performance web applications.
• Build reusable and scalable frontend components.
• Convert UI/UX designs and business requirements into functional web experiences.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
• Collaborate with backend developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and project managers.
• Integrate web applications with enterprise systems, databases, APIs, and cloud services.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, accessibility, and security.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production and development issues.
• Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and follow software-development best practices.
• Use Git and modern development workflows for source control and collaboration.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning.
• Support application deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
• Stay current with emerging web technologies, AI tools, development frameworks, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional web-development experience.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern web standards.
• Professional experience with React.js, Angular, or Next.js.
• Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first web development.
• Experience working with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
• Experience with Git/GitHub or similar version-control systems.
• Understanding of browser compatibility, web performance, and application security.
• Working knowledge of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Experience with Node.js, Python, PHP, or .NET.
• Experience developing enterprise or SaaS applications.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into web applications.
• Familiarity with IoT, GIS, automation, or enterprise systems.
• Experience with CMS and e-commerce platforms.
• Knowledge of web accessibility and SEO best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Manage priorities and deliverables independently in a remote environment.

Salary: $97,000-$123,000 per year
