We're looking for a motivated Upwork Proposal Writing Intern who is eager to learn business development, client communication, and proposal writing for international clients.

What You'll Do
Write customised, persuasive proposals for projects on Upwork.
Understand client requirements and convert them into compelling responses.
Research prospective clients and identify project opportunities.
Collaborate with the Business Development and Technical teams to gather project insights.
Maintain proposal quality, consistency, and timely submissions.
Track proposal performance and suggest improvements.
Learn about AI, Blockchain, Web, Mobile, and Cloud service offerings.

Requirements
Excellent written English and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and research abilities.
Ability to understand client requirements quickly.
Basic understanding of IT services is a plus.
Self-motivated, organised, and willing to learn.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Skills
Familiarity with Upwork or other freelancing platforms.
Experience with proposal writing, content writing, or copywriting.
Knowledge of AI, Blockchain, SaaS, Web Development, or Mobile Apps is an advantage.

Shift 1: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM IST
Shift 2: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST
Certificate: Yes (upon successful completion)
