Product Developer/Owner ( Engineering Team ) at Startup

We are looking for a passionate, high-ownership software developer who can work as a strong Individual Contributor and take ownership of features end-to-end.

• Fast learner : Can quickly understand new concepts, codebases, and technologies.
• Technology agnostic - Comfortable learning and working with different technology stacks instead of being restricted to one language/framework.
• AI-native developer - Familiar with modern AI tools, platforms, coding agents, LLMs, and AI-assisted development workflows.
• Strong engineering fundamentals - Good understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, clean architecture, and maintainable code.
• AI code reviewer - Can critically analyze, debug, improve, and validate code generated by AI rather than blindly accepting it.
• Product thinker - Can think beyond the technical implementation and understand why a feature is being built and how it should work for the customer.
• Roadmap contributor - Can suggest improvements, identify gaps, and actively contribute to the product roadmap.
• Creative problem solver - Thinks out of the box and looks for better, simpler, and more scalable ways to solve problems.
• Testing mindset - Familiar with appropriate testing frameworks and practices, including unit, integration, and feature testing.
• End-to-end ownership- Can take a requirement from product thinking ⇒ technical design ⇒ development ⇒ AI-assisted implementation ⇒ testing ⇒ deployment, with minimal supervision.
