About the Role

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, scalable, and user-friendly experiences for enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise UX, data-intensive applications, dashboards, workflows, information architecture, interaction design, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, Business Analysts, architects, developers, and product teams to translate complex business requirements into simple and effective user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive user journeys, workflows, and end-to-end experiences for enterprise applications.
• Translate business and user requirements into wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Design data-rich dashboards, reports, and data visualization experiences that make complex information easy to understand.
• Create effective filtering, search, drill-down, navigation, and information discovery experiences.
• Develop and maintain reusable design patterns, components, and UI standards to ensure consistency across applications.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, Business Analysts, architects, developers, and product teams throughout the design and development lifecycle.
• Conduct and incorporate user feedback, usability considerations, and design validation into solutions.
• Support developers during implementation by providing design specifications, assets, and design clarification.
• Ensure consistency, accessibility, usability, and visual quality across application screens and workflows.
• Identify usability issues and recommend improvements to existing enterprise applications.
• Contribute to the evolution of design systems and UX standards across products.

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience

• 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, preferably working on enterprise applications.
• Strong experience designing data-intensive applications, dashboards, reports, and workflow-based interfaces.
• Strong understanding of Information Architecture, User Journeys, Interaction Design, and User-Centered Design.
• Hands-on experience with wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design.
• Proficiency in Figma or equivalent UI/UX design tools.
• Strong understanding of responsive web design, usability principles, and modern UI design practices.
• Ability to simplify complex business processes and requirements into clear, intuitive user experiences.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including Product, Business, Engineering, QA, and Architecture.

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Experience working with Agile/Scrum product development teams.
• Familiarity with modern web technologies and frontend development practices.
• Experience designing enterprise workflow applications.
• Experience working with or contributing to design systems and reusable component libraries.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or frontend frameworks is an advantage.
• Experience with usability testing, user research, or design validation.
• Experience designing applications for complex business domains and enterprise users.
