- 7–10 years of experience implementing, supporting, or migrating Oracle applications and data platforms.
- Hands-on experience leading large-scale Oracle data conversion and migration initiatives.
- Experience supporting ERP integrations resulting from mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, or major business transformations.
- Strong understanding of Oracle ERP environments such as Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle Fusion, or related Oracle platforms.
- Experience with Oracle databases, SQL, PL/SQL, and data migration tools.
- Proven ability to manage projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive deliverables to completion.
- Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality, reconciliation, and validation methodologies.
- Experience creating project plans, status reports, risk assessments, and executive communications.
- Ability to work effectively with business leaders, technical teams, vendors, and external partners.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
