Video Editor

We are looking for a Video Editor to join Timbre full time and help us create high quality content across podcasts, product videos, social media and marketing.

What you will do

1. Edit long form podcast and YouTube content
2. Create engaging short form clips for social media
3. Handle audio cleanup, syncing, cuts and overall post production
4. Create motion graphics and animations using After Effects
5. Work on intros, lower thirds, title sequences and other visual elements
6. Create product demos and marketing videos for Timbre
7. Collaborate with the team to understand creative requirements and deliver polished content on time

What we are looking for

1. Strong hands on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
2. A good understanding of video editing, pacing, storytelling and visual composition
3. A portfolio or sample work that demonstrates your editing skills
4. Ability to take ownership of projects and work independently
5. Good attention to detail and willingness to iterate based on feedback
6. Comfortable working full time and managing multiple projects when required
7. Experience with podcasts, YouTube content, social media or product videos is a plus

Timbre is an AI powered audio and video editing platform built for creators and teams. We are working on automating the repetitive parts of post production, including shorts generation, captions, B roll, audio cleanup and more.

You will be working on real content and have the opportunity to directly influence how creators use Timbre and how we present the product to the world.
