Position Summ
ary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in steel fabrication and a proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standa
rds.

Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on project status, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project life - cycle.Facilitate communication and collaboration to ensure project milestones ar
- e met.Prepare and manage project budgets. Identify and address potential budget overruns and implement corrective actions as n
- eeded.Prepare and negotiate change order requests beyond original
- scope.Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and managing internal resource allocation (procurement, detailing, engineering, production, ship
- ping).Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, submittals, contract documents, change orders, progress reports, and final project deliver
ables.
Qualific
- ations:Minimum of 1 year of structural steel construction related project management involvement with a sound understanding of the structural design process, detailing, specification compliance, scheduling, change management, billings and rep
- orting.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management and/or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus but not absolutely nec
- essary.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other project management software tools. Experience with AutoCAD is
- a plus.Excellent leadership and team management
- skills.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and other stakeh
- olders.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to anticipate challenges and develop effective sol
