We're looking for a Project Engineer / Technical Working Project Manager in (Conshohocken, PA) who is excited about working on projects that enable the heart of our clients’ business. Join us and you’ll have the chance to work on projects including state of the art industrial and commercial facilities. You’ll be accountable for the coordination of projects including, guidance of all technical design, scheduling and budgetary performance, design quality, and safety. Strengths and Focus

• Champion manufacturing projects with strong clean design understanding and use skills with P&IDs, IPD, Process, piping, and mechanical to drive projects. Use these skills to work with customer to listen to issues and walk areas/systems to develop scopes for study and definition.
• Use strong interpersonal skills to communicate clearly and effectively with customer and project teams.
• Constructability is key because systems need to remain in operation with minimal shutdowns. Keeping system downtime limited using understanding of
• Knowledge of and ability to work in 3D environment (Autocad 3d, Revit or similar)
• Represent the owner, responsible for the overall design coordination amongst all disciplines
• Manage the design checking procedure
• Participate in design progress measurement reviews
• Assist PM on larger projects and run smaller projects in the resolution of various project-related issues.

Here's what you'll need

• Job location onsite Conshohocken, PA
• Bachelor's degree in chemical or mechanical Engineering, leading projects, preferably in a pharma/bio environment and with liquid batching experience
• At least 10 – 15 years of experience working on manufacturing projects as a design lead, project engineer, or project manager

Ideally, you’ll also have or be able to/have experience with

• P&G plants
• Health and Beauty Care
• Oral Care
• Work within existing facility and retrofits
• P&IDs Design and walkdowns
• Disciplines of higher importance Process, Piping, and Mechanical
• Clean design Familiarity with clean design standards and validation procedures to meet FDA requirements
• Field experience interfacing with clients, design specialists and construction personnel
• Ability to trouble shoot and perform root cause analysis on systems for technical solutions
• Familiar with the IPD (Integrated Project Delivery) / design assist execution of projects
• Knowledge of and ability to work with multiple disciplines involved in the design of pharmaceutical projects (architectural, mechanical, process, electrical, piping/plumbing, automation/control

The base salary range for this position is $144,600.00 to $218,790.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
