Overview

We are seeking a Project Engineer to support engineering projects and operational improvements across a manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a technically strong, adaptable engineer who learns quickly and can effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support engineering and improvement projects from planning through completion
• Coordinate activities between engineering, operations, quality, contractors, and vendors
• Maintain project schedules, track action items, and communicate project status
• Support equipment, process, facility, and operational improvement projects
• Assist with construction, installation, and project coordination activities
• Review technical documentation and support project documentation and closeout
• Identify and help resolve project issues and support continuous improvement
• Work across multiple departments and adapt to changing priorities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
• 3–10 years of engineering, project, manufacturing, construction, or related experience
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly
• Strong communication, organization, and project coordination skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Construction or civil engineering experience is a plus
• Familiarity with DAP, Quality Control, and Warehouse operations is a plus
