Role Description:
WOLFpak is looking for a multidisciplinary Creative Designer to bring our brand to life across a variety of touchpoints. This role goes beyond traditional graphic design—you'll be involved in marketing campaigns, product design, packaging, social media content, branding, and more. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, product, and creative teams to shape our brand visually and strategically.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Creative Development: Design marketing collateral, product packaging, social media assets, email graphics, web content, and in-store materials.
Brand Expression: Help maintain and evolve the WOLFpak visual identity across all platforms.
Product & Packaging Design: Collaborate on the visual development of new products, patches, colorways, and packaging.
Marketing Support: Work closely with the marketing team to create visual content for campaigns, launches, and promotions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product development, marketing, and operations teams to deliver cohesive creative assets.
Trend Awareness: Stay ahead of design, fashion, and consumer trends to bring fresh, relevant ideas to the table.
Feedback & Iteration: Implement feedback quickly and iterate to refine designs that resonate with our audience.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects a plus)
Experience with or interest in apparel, accessory, or product design is a big plus
Strong portfolio that shows a variety of design work across digital and physical mediums
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Passion for design, innovation, and storytelling
