Identity Engineer at BairesDev

As an Identity Engineer, you will design and implement robust identity and access management systems to ensure secure and seamless user authentication. You will play a key role in architecting SSO, federation, and zero-trust access models to protect the organization's digital assets and infrastructure.

What You'll Do:

• Design and deploy enterprise-grade identity and access management solutions using Okta, Auth0, or Ping.

• Implement and manage authentication protocols across diverse applications.

• Architect and maintain secure Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) workflows.

• Develop and enforce zero-trust access architectures to ensure granular and secure resource connectivity.

• Collaborate with security and engineering teams to integrate identity services into cloud and on-premise ecosystems.

• Automate identity lifecycle management processes to improve operational efficiency and security posture.

What we are looking for:

• 4+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or Security Engineering.

• Proven expertise in designing and implementing SSO, federation, and MFA solutions.

• Deep understanding of identity protocols such as OAuth, OIDC, and SAML.

• Hands-on experience with identity platforms like Okta, Auth0, or Ping.

• Strong background in zero-trust access architectures and modern security practices.

• Advanced proficiency in English.
