Role Description The Talent Strategy and Program Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Brentwood, TN. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing talent strategies and programs that support organizational priorities, including workforce planning, talent pipelines, and employee development initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with HR and business leaders to assess talent needs, managing enterprise talent programs, and tracking program outcomes and metrics. The manager will coordinate cross-functional projects, develop communication and change management plans, and ensure consistent application of talent processes and tools across the organization. This role also involves monitoring market trends and best practices in talent management to continuously improve programs and support a positive, inclusive employee experience.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in talent strategy, workforce planning, and program management, including designing and executing enterprise-wide talent initiatives.
- Skills in stakeholder engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and relationship management, with the ability to influence and support leaders at multiple levels.
- Strong data analysis, reporting, and metrics skills to evaluate program effectiveness and inform decision-making.
- Proficiency in HR systems, talent management platforms, and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, project management applications).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver results in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and to fostering a collaborative, respectful workplace culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or related field; advanced degree or HR-related certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Prior experience in healthcare or a large, multi-site organization is preferred.
