Role Summary

The Infrastructure Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering Infrastructure projects end-to-end, including new builds, expansions, retrofits, and technology deployments. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality, safety, and compliance standards, while coordinating across engineering, construction, IT, vendors, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Delivery

  • Own full project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
  • Manage concurrent projects across the region.
  • Ensure adherence to scope, milestones, and change-control processes.
  • Data Center Infrastructure Scope

Oversee delivery of:

  • White space build-out (racks, cages, containment)
  • Power systems (UPS, generators, PDUs, power whips)
  • Structured cabling (fiber/copper)
  • Rack integration, staging, burn-in, and testing
  • Coordinate IT deployments (servers, storage, network) with facilities readiness.

Vendor & Contractor Management

  • Manage integrators, and local contractors.
  • Review and approve SOWs, BOMs, schedules, and invoices.
  • Track vendor performance, SLAs, safety compliance, and deliverables.
  • Stakeholder & Governance
  • Act as primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Run project governance: status reporting, executive updates, and escalations.
  • Align facilities, network, compute, security, and operations teams.
  • Risk, Quality & Compliance
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to schedule, safety, and capacity.
  • Drive QA/QC, commissioning, and final acceptance sign-off.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Management, IT, or related field.
  • 5+ years of project management experience in data centers, critical facilities, or large infrastructure programs.
  • Proven experience managing vendors and cross-functional technical teams.
  • Proficiency with project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with hyperscale or colocation environments.
  • PMP, Prince2, or equivalent certification.
  • Experience managing multi-site or global deployments.
  • Knowledge of IT hardware lifecycle, logistics, and supply chain constraints.

Salary range: $125,000 - $140,000 annual salary
