React Native developer

About the Role

We’re building a smooth and reliable mobile experience for contractors and site teams. We’re looking for a React Native developer who takes ownership, writes clean code, and enjoys turning real-world use cases into simple app flows.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain the SiteSathi mobile application using React Native
• Work on new features like task management, site updates, payments, procurement workflows, and notifications
• Integrate REST APIs and ensure fast and secure data handling
• Fix bugs, improve performance, and enhance UI/UX based on feedback
• Work closely with the founding team to plan releases and timelines
• Take full responsibility from development to deployment on Play Store / App Store

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on experience with React Native
• Solid understanding of hooks, navigation, async storage, and API integration
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Someone who works independently and ships fast
• Curiosity to understand user behaviour and improve the product
• Having published an app on the Play Store earlier is a strong plus

Good to Have

• Experience with offline-first architecture
• UI/UX intuition and attention to detail
• Knowledge of Redux or any state management library
• Firebase or Node backend experience
